I’m a hard working mother of three children all under the age of 11. Like all moms, sometimes I have no choice but to take my children shopping with me.

It amazes me the low class to which the Walmart Supercenter on Franklin in Nampa Idaho has sunk. On two separate occasions I have seen women openly breastfeeding their children in public. Yes, I’m all for freedom of speech and the beauty of the nature blah, blah, blah, but I don’t need my children to witness it first hand while trying to purchase Cheerios!!! WEAR A SHAWL OR TAKE YOUR KID IN THE BATHROOM!!!

IS IT REALLY THAT BIG OF AN EMERGENCY? IF SO, WHY CAN’T YOU EXPRESS MILK AHEAD OF TIME? OR IS IT THAT YOU JUST WANT EVERYONE TO SEE THE TATOOS ON YOUR ***? WHAT THE HECK DOES THE SIGN ‘SHOES AND SHIRT REQUIRED’ ON THE FRONT DOOR MEAN?

WHAT’S A MATTER WITH YOU WALMART MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES??? The first incident occurred a few months back. Thankfully, I was able to turn my cart and children around before they saw anything, but a SLOTH of a woman, who was WEARING NO SHIRT, NO SHIRT – YES NAKED - openly exposed her *** so that every patron in Walmart had NO CHOICE BUT to see she was breastfeeding her kid. The second occurrence happened today, at the Walmart store on Franklin in Nampa – yes the very same store!

My children and I had just finished paying when low and behold, another woman, had a completely exposed *** and was breastfeeding her 4 year old! WALMART IT’S BAD ENOUGH YOU LET DOGS INTO YOUR STORE THAT CONTAINS FOOD, (BLATANT HEALTH VIOLATION AND ONCE AGAIN YOUR MANAJORIAL STAFF DOES NOTHING) BUT NOW, YOU ARE BLATANTLY LETTING WOMEN WALK AROUND NAKED WHILE GOOD CITIZENS ARE EXPOSED TO TACKLESS MOTHERS WITH ABSOLUTLY NO CLASS!!! I’LL SHOP AT WINCO! I DON’T NEED SOME HAG IN NEED OF ATTENTION DETERMINING FOR ME WHEN I DISCUSS THE FACTS OF LIFE WITH MY CHILDREN.

THAT SHOULD BE UP TO ME AS A PARENT!!!! SHAME ON YOU WALMART SUPER CENTER IN NAMPA IDAHO FOR NOT HAVING THE GUTS TO TELL SUCH WOMEN THAT YOU PROVIDE AREAS FOR SITUATIONS SUCH AS THIS.

Location: Nampa, Idaho

So you want them to break the law, just because you are offended by ***. They cannot stop her from breastfeeding her child and if they do they can get into trouble.

Thank all of you for helping me get an "A" on my research paper.

Do you feed you children in the bathroom? I doubt it.

As for expressing ahead of time, some babies refuse to accept a bottle. My son wouldn't. I think I've nursed my two in every place possible and never an issue.

Most never knew. Get over yourself.

I agree with 101****. It can be done with decency and discretion.

It's not a childish rant, and the self entitlement comes from some ladies thinking everyone should kiss their butts because they are feeding babies and other people aren't. Of course mothers need to feed their children! They just don't have to do it with public viewing. It's not belittling, it's stating opinion, and opinions are like a**holes--everybody has one.

Just like 101****. You can respond again with your indignation if you want, but I'm done with this post, so it's pointless if you are responding to me.

@101**** LOL oh and I will respond. I am not irritated, annoyed or anything of the sort, although I can see why you would attempt to use the word indignation. I just think it's funny the type of people that complain, what they complain about and I have no problem offering a different point of view and sticking up for the underdogs. I agree with you, opinion's are like *** holes same could be said about your opinion, see how that works neat huh. It appears to me you are more annoyed about opinions than I am lol so much so you refer to my #.

There have been times in my life I have made comments and some time down the road a situation occurs that helps me see things in ways I had not considered but should have because I was raised better than that.

To counter your argument to call some1 a "sloth of a woman" just because you don't like how they look or act is indeed belittling you should educate yourself, you (generally speaking) preach decency, respect and discretion then it should go both ways I love how it's pick only what suits you at the moment. Say what you need to say but it helps if one is decent and respectful in doing so. You demand respect but unwilling to display it yourself LOL you people crack me up with your double standard ways of thinking.

I'm curious to see how done you really are LOL (yes now Im speaking directly to YOU.)

I see nothing wrong with a mother breastfeeding her baby in public as long as it is done tactfully. Whipping out your breast for all the public's view is just tacky.

I know of several moms that breastfed their babies in public places but unless you knew beforehand that's what they were doing, you would have never noticed. I don'tagree with feeding your child in public bathrooms, they are filled with germs and just a nasty place to breast or bottle feed!

LMAO it's just a b00b ppl, whats the fuss all about. Half of them are fake anyways.

You talk as though they have some sexual value and they don't. They are just tissue and mammary glands with one function to feed a newborn child. The only reason we seem to think it's taboo is due to a non educated society. A child does not view the world as you do, they do not see it as shame full as they have not learned true shame yet.

If you had explained exactly what it was the mother was doing I'm willing to bet you would get quite a different reaction than you expect. Along the lines of AHHH how cute and see compassion in it's finest. So caught up in your own uneducated sense of the world you have succeeded in passing the same traits onto your child the cycle never ends. You ruined your "im all for freedom" speech with blah blah blah.

Who says blah to the foundation that makes our country great not perfect by no means but great non the less. You sound more communist rather than a freedom fighter.

If walmart was to openly dictate how and where a mother can breast feed, they would be in a world of hurt as it is a form of discrimination. That being said you would rather thousands of ppl to loose thier jobs because you can't look away and feel every1 should bow to your commands.

How about YOU ask the mother to put a shawl on or go feed the kid in the shiter but you didn't cause you know what that would cause. So you hide behind you PC screen and bash away.

Why do you expect every one to feel and do exactly as you do? welcome to diversity.

Again if you don't like it look away why is that so hard? I strongly feel that most if not all of this post is exaggerated in order to bolster the complaint. The women in question are not here to defend the reasons they felt they needed to breast feed. In all honesty there is more exposure in just everyday clothing but I don't see any complaints about that.

Like I wanna see obese women in stretchy pants i mean cmon that shows WAY more than breast feeding does bend over and OMG it's even worse. How your able to come up with a mother breast feeding as self entitled i dont understand. How is caring for another constitute self entitlement? Your logic escapes me.

A mother should never have to worry about breast feeding in public i was sure we established this a long time ago. Personally I'm sick of people expecting every one to act as they do who the heck are you to pass judgement on others. Some of are not as modest as you are and they should not have to be or belittled because of it. Again this is nothing more than a childish rant due to this person's self entitled feeling that every one is supposed to act as she does....not gonna happen rant all you want.

Target has set a good example of how mothers should be treated. I commend any mother that places her child's needs over what is supposedly politically correct. If this were a legitimate complaint it would have been constructed in a professional manner, belittling because you don't like it is not a complaint it is a rant nothing more. Make your point but do it with grace.

Belittling just shows how immature you truly are.

I agree with this mother. I don't want to see exposed women either, and I am a woman.

There are ways to cover yourself and any woman with any decency would want to anyway. Why do you want the world to see your naked self?

Feeding the baby in the bathroom, in the mother's arms, is NOT the same as "eating on the toilet." The public setting is EXACTLY why it shouldn't be done exposed. I'm sick of breastfeeding mothers thinking THEY are "self entitled."
